Residential Services operates a number of group homes and foster homes. Staff in residential homes are present 24 hours a day. Residents participate in programs specializing in their particular need areas, while accessing social and recreational opportunities in our community. The residents at the foster homes live in a family setting with foster parents. Horizons operates one group home for adolescents with behavior challenges.

The Supported Living Program provides staff to assist clients who choose to live independently in their own homes or apartments throughout the community.

Respite Care is available for individuals who need temporary lodging due to family crisis, health problems or to give caretaker relief. Personal care assistance, companions and In-Home supports are provided to our clients as needed.

The Residential Services Program has staff certified in behavior assessments and analysis. These Behavior Analysts facilitate all individualized behavior programs
