The Children's Center is an inclusive child care program, serving children with and without developmental or physical disabilities. This program provides services to children from ages 6 weeks old until they enter Kindergarten. The Center welcomes families receiving subsidized care. A grant from the Emerald Coast foundation funds an Enrichment Program for toddlers with special needs.

The Birth to Three Program provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have developmental delays. Services include a Family Support Plan and weekly visits. Families and caregivers are trained to help children reach their maximum potential. Services can be provided in the child's family home, child care center, or other caregiver's homes. A Family Resource Specialist provides support and information, maintains a parent resource library, and organizes group activities for families.
