This program provides job placement and training services for people who want to work in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Additional training requirements are met through on-site support provided by Horizons Employment Consultants. Consultants assist with communication, training and other support needs as long as necessary.
Mobile Work Crews and Enclaves provide intensive training to people while they work in settings throughout the community with the support of an on-site supervisor.

Tax Credits: When you hire someone through Horizons you may be eligible for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).
On-the-Job Training Funds: Through the National Arcs OJT Program, a Horizons' client entering employment may qualify for funding. A percentage of their salary during a specified time may be reimbursed back to the hiring company.
Community Involvement: Supported Employment provides businesses a chance to become involved with important citizens in this diverse community.
