Thanks to the Horizons Foundation, Clint Ayden and Dr. Janie Varner, Ed. for their efforts to help people with developmental disabilities live up to their full potential.

Our mission is to provide valued services, including advocacy, education, and support, for people with disabilities, their families and for others in the community. We enable people to live, work, play, and enhance their lives through opportunities for choice and realization of goals.
Horizons offers a wide variety of programs to people who have developmental disabilities. In addition, we provide employment and other limited services to people who have traumatic brain injury and other disabilities.
We are a United Way Agency. Our operating hours are from 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am until 2:00pm on Friday.
